Position Summary:
Do you have strong opinions on balloon colors? Do you keep emergency confetti in your desk drawer just in case? Do you consider Pinterest boards strategic tools? We're looking for a visionary leader to serve as our Director of Party Planning and take our office events from "free donuts in the breakroom" to "Instagram-worthy extravaganza."
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute parties that make people say "Wait, this is work?"

Maintain a calendar of important dates: birthdays, workiversaries, National Taco Day

Aggressively advocate for karaoke at every event

Create themed party decks, including custom puns and mood boards
-
Mediate heated debates over team lunch orders (tacos vs. pizza)

Secure RSVPs using charm, bribery, and/or dessert
Required Skills:

Excel at party spreadsheets (yes, we said what we said)

Confetti management and glitter containment certification

Ability to carry a Costco cake one-handed while holding balloons
-
Comfortable saying "Let's circle back to the party budget" in a serious tone

DJ skills a plus, but not required
