Job Title: Weekend Flex PTA – Per Diem Home Health

Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays or every other weekend

Pay: $42 - $46 per visit + mileage reimbursement

Your Duties:

• Deliver hands-on therapy under PT supervision
  
• Implement and document treatment plans

Requirements:

• MN PTA license
  
• Weekend availability
  
• Comfort working independently in a home setting
