Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Location: Lawrence, NJ 08648

Pay Rate: $45,000 – $55,000

Shift: First Shift

PrideStaff is seeking a qualified Bilingual Warehouse Lead to join our client, a well-established company in the distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all warehouse operations: receiving, processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Operate a forklift.
• Use an RF Scanner
• Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock rotation.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in inventory management and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift certification.
• Must be bilingual Spanish.
