We are seeking entry-level Marketing Representatives/Inside and Outside Sales to Market for vendor apartment management companies to join our team! You will be responsible for existing portfolio, emailing clients, data entry, and small amount visiting clients and learn to build own clients. Assisting Sr. sales gathering and identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. Add clientele to portfolio, manage an already existing portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine potential new clients
- Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
- Compile and present data for other departments
- assist the marketing team as well as clerical team
- manage already existing portfolio

- cold calls - in and out of office
- visit current portfolio

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in market research or other related fields
- previously experience in property management and leasing a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- multi task
- Previous marketing and sales experience- in and out of office
- Ability to work well in teams
