- Scanning hard copy documents and digitally archiving
- Updating digital records in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Printing and distributing documents related to scheduled classes
- Use of Office Suite, including excel, word & teams.
- Filing
- Retrieving documents from archives (on-site)
