Large Commercial & Healthcare Construction Projects
Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to lead high-profile commercial and healthcare projects with a respected Louisiana electrical contractor?
Flexforce Pros partnering client is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee large commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to join a well-established company where your leadership directly impacts major healthcare, institutional, and commercial developments throughout the region.
What You'll Do
• Lead large-scale commercial electrical projects from award through completion
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and project documentation
• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and field teams
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, and forecasting
• Drive project success while maintaining quality, safety, and profitability
• Support and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and healthcare facility requirements
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial electrical construction
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $5M+
• Healthcare project experience preferred (Hospitals, Medical Facilities, MOBs)
• Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 99, and commercial electrical systems
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining project profitability
Preferred Qualifications
• Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
• PMP Certification
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License
