• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using designated systems.
• Deliver high-quality service in both English and Spanish to meet the needs of a diverse customer base.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and seamless customer support.
• Stay updated on company policies, services, and procedures to provide accurate information.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
