A growing surgical supply company is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to lead and develop its customer service team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can coach team members, enhance performance, and implement systems that ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:

Managing and mentoring the customer service team to ensure top performance

Implementing systems and processes to improve customer experience and workflow

Monitoring team metrics and providing coaching and feedback

Handling escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolutions

Collaborating with operations and sales teams to optimize communication and service quality
Ideal Qualifications:

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively

Experience in healthcare, medical supply, or related industries preferred
