Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead and oversee all pre-construction activities for projects in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects start efficiently and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-construction efforts including budgeting, estimating, and scope development.
- Coordinate with owners, architects, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to assess project potential and risks.
- Develop detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
- Support project teams with value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all pre-construction processes comply with company standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in pre-construction, estimating, or project management, preferably in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
