We are looking for a Supervising Production Manager for leather goods to plan, coordinate, and supervise the creation of handbags, purses, wallets, and more for high-end accessory lines.

Attention to detail is a must along with an unwavering dedication to producing quality items.

Mindful of safety protocols on the production floor to maintain a safe working environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of machinery and machine functions used for production with hands-on experience in handling equipment and operating procedures.

Awareness of procedural sequences that can increase productivity.

Familiar with various bag designs such as totes, cross-body, top handle, etc., and able to produce sample goods from customer specifications

Can establish smart manufacturing methods to meet deadlines with respect for quality of finished product.

Proficient in handling various leather materials - full-grain, top-grain, woven, pebbled, etc.

Experience with finishing techniques.

Known to strive for collaborative expertise in guiding workers to ensure best practices for quality standards of finished goods.

Bilingual English Spanish speaking is a plus.
