Job Overview:

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a statewide immunization program in Oregon. In this role, you will administer vaccines such as COVID-19, Flu, Rabies, Typhoid, and boosters at retail pharmacy locations. This is a contract-based position with a consistent schedule and no flexibility for time off during the assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer immunizations to patients in a retail pharmacy setting
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to safety protocols
• Travel to nearby store locations as needed (within a 30-minute radius)
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused approach

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Oregon
• At least 6 months of LPN experience
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Ability to provide all required immunizations and testing (including COVID-19 and Flu)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Flexibility with work locations and shift times

Schedule:

• Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
• Schedule may vary by location

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
