Lakewood Primary Care & Wellness is seeking a dynamic Receptionist with preferred Aesthetician background to join our growing team. This is more than just a front-desk role — it’s an opportunity to be the welcoming face of our clinic and grow alongside us as we expand into aesthetics and med spa services.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their entire experience. We are looking for someone with wonderful people skills, strong organizational ability, and a professional yet warm presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Verifying insurance eligibility and processing payments
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
- Promoting our growing line of aesthetic services via social media and in-office conversations
- Generating leads for aesthetic procedures (with commission opportunities!)

Immediate Impact: You’ll help run the daily operations of a busy medical practice while contributing to the expansion of our aesthetics program.
- Future Growth: When our med spa launches in the coming months, you’ll have the option to:
- Transition into a hybrid role — combining reception/assistant duties with hands-on clinical aesthetic services.
- Or move fully into an Aesthetician role, once clientele is established.
- Extra Earnings: Commission on aesthetics leads gives you the chance to boost your income while doing what you love.

- Social media savvy — enjoys creating and sharing engaging content
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player
- Prior front desk or medical office experience a plus
