Job Details
This is the senior-most HR leadership position for the Americas Business Unit. You will be responsible for strategically building and continuously optimizing the Americas HR system. This strategic composite role covers Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Training, Performance, and Employee Management. You will directly influence the experience of 1000+ employees. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer, Americas
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in HR with at least 8 years in a senior HR leadership role within the Americas region. - Proven success in building and scaling HR systems within high-growth, multinational environments.
- Experience leading large, distributed HR teams (30+ members).
- Chinese language skills (Mandarin)
