Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000Onsite What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a production team to meet safety, quality, and output goals.
- Manage daily schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
- Foster employee engagement through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement in production methods, equipment, and safety practices.
- Collaborate with maintenance and support teams to minimize downtime and optimize operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 5+ years of manufacturing experience (preferably in homebuilding industry)
- 2+ years of leadership experience with proven results.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for future growth opportunities.
