Role Description

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth across our HVAC and plumbing service lines. This role requires a strategic thinker who can execute both digital and traditional marketing campaigns while understanding the unique needs of the home services industry.


Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing Planning

· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

· Create annual marketing plans and budgets for HVAC and plumbing service divisions

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy

· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing ROI


Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

· Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns

· Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing

· Oversee local advertising initiatives including radio, print, and community sponsorships

· Develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels

· Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up processes


Brand Management & Communications

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints

· Create compelling content for websites, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials

· Manage company website content and user experience optimization

· Develop seasonal campaigns and promotional offers

· Oversee public relations efforts and community engagement initiatives


Digital Marketing & Technology

· Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid digital advertising platforms

· Implement and optimize marketing automation systems

· Analyze website analytics and campaign performance data

· Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers

· Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies


Team Leadership & Collaboration

· Manage marketing team members and external vendors/agencies

· Collaborate with operations team to understand service capabilities and capacity

· Work closely with customer service to gather feedback and improve messaging

· Coordinate with finance team on budgeting and expense tracking


Required Qualifications


Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.

· 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in home services, construction, or related industries

· Proven track record of successful lead generation and campaign management


Technical Skills

· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager

· Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms

· Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices

· Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)

· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
