Human Resources & Office Analyst (1-2 years’ experience)

HR Ratings, the leading Latin American credit rating agency and a SEC-registered organization for corporates, financial institutions, and public finance ratings, is actively expanding its presence in the U.S. market through the launch of its Miami office. As part of this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as Human Resources & Office Analyst, supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions on-site in Miami.
This is an ideal opportunity for a responsible and energetic early-career professional who is eager to grow and gain hands-on experience across a variety of HR and office management responsibilities. The role will support local needs in Miami while working in close coordination with the Executive HR team based in Mexico.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting recruitment efforts: posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring logistics.
- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Coordinating with external payroll providers to validate and process payroll for U.S. employees; tracking employee changes and time-off.
- Serving as the local point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and general HR-related topics.
- Assisting with HR data collection, tracking, and reporting to the HR Executive Director.
- Managing basic office operations, including supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, and office services.
- Supporting contracts and services related to office leasing, insurance, and general maintenance.
- Coordinating logistics for executive visits, team events, and internal meetings.
- Helping enforce HR and administrative policies in line with local regulations and internal standards.
Some Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in human resources, office coordination, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level of initiative, responsibility, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote, multicultural team.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, expanding corporate environment.
