Overview
Our Administrative Assistants make a difference by providing general office support that includes a wide variety of clerical activities and tasks. They are responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, assisting with ordering and maintaining office supplies, and providing support with special administrative projects.
Responsibilities
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Department and to Senior Executives.
- Assist with handling daily special projects by providing administrative support to various departments, as requested.
- Act as liaison to departments while working on multiple projects and maintain timelines for project deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year administrative support experience; healthcare experience recommended, but not required.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
