Location: Arlington, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay: $18–$22/hr DOE (adjust if needed)
Type: Temp-to-Perm
We’re hiring a TX Mold Technician for a manufacturing facility in Arlington. This role is ideal for someone with machine shop experience who is comfortable working with measurements, blueprints, and production equipment.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set up and operate equipment related to mold production and processing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Measure materials using standard and metric systems
- Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the production process
- Monitor equipment and report any issues or defects
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and production guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous machine shop or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic understanding of weights, measurements, and metric conversions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable with good attendance
