Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload junk from properties and vehicles
- Sort items for proper disposal, recycling, or donations
- Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
- Provide top-tier customer service at all times
- Work as a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Previous experience in junk removal, moving, or related industries is a plus, but not required
