In this hybrid dispatcher and customer service role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Service Department—keeping schedules running, customers informed, and technicians supported in the field.
What You'll Be Doing:

Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism, positivity, and urgency

Schedule residential plumbing maintenance and service visits for our team

Support daily dispatch operations and coordinate technician availability

Verify customer information and update records accurately

Create detailed service tickets and enter job details into ServiceTitan

Notify customers when technicians are en route, and communicate any delays

Track service call statuses (delayed, completed, in-progress)

Assist with coordinating commercial maintenance jobs as needed

Make post-visit “Happiness Calls” to ensure a 5-star customer experience

Jump in on special projects or support tasks at the request of the Service Manager
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Friendly and professional communicator (phone, email, in person)

Skilled at multitasking and staying cool under pressure

Experience with ServiceTitan or other dispatching/scheduling tools is a big plus

Plumbing, HVAC, or home services experience preferred—but not required

Team player who’s ready to pitch in and help wherever needed
