Job DescriptionDirect Counsel, LLC is seeking an Associate for a leading global law firm to join their highly-regarded sponsor side private equity fund formation practice in Washington D.C. Class of 2018 – 2021.Compensation:
The annual compensation range for this position is between $310,000 to $420,000 , contingent upon qualifications and operational considerations.Benefits:
