Job Requirements:
 Minimum 1 year of construction experience (Required – please do not apply
without this)
 Valid driver’s license
 Own reliable transportation to and from our Linthicum office
 Able to speak and understand English
 Team player – must work well with others
 Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Qualifications
Ability to work hard every day
Ability to listen and follow instructions closely, and read the scope of work
contracts.
Ability to lift, pull , and carry heavy objects up to 65 lbs throughout the day,
serious physical labor, and have good manual dexterity.
Ability to carry heavy tools to and from the dump truck, Standing and walking for
long periods of time.
Ability to work in small places such as crawl spaces while on hands and knees.

Benefits:
Weekly pay, starting at $22/per hour for first 2 weeks of training ,
apprentice/helper while learning.
Ability to make as much as $32 per hour as a foreman/ crew leader.
Full-time work available
Full Benefits are available after 90 days(Health, paid vacation, some holidays paid
