Job Title: Network Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Network Manager to oversee our client transport network and corporate office LAN. In this role, you will lead a team of network engineers responsible for supporting and maintaining client-facing transport and corporate network infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network technologies, proven leadership skills, and a track record of delivering high-availability network services at scale. You will be responsible for planning, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing client transport services and corporate LAN operations-ensuring reliability, scalability, and top-tier performance. You'll also work cross-functionally with architecture, operations, and client success teams to ensure the network consistently exceeds customer expectations.

Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of network engineers specializing in client transport and LAN systems.

Client Transport & Corporate LAN Oversight

Oversee the delivery and ongoing support of client transport services and corporate office LANs.

Ensure high availability, performance, and fault tolerance of all network systems.

Manage the implementation of new client circuits, upgrades, and migration projects.
Network Design & Planning

Collaborate with network architects to evaluate and implement design requirements.

Translate business and client needs into scalable transport and LAN solutions.

Participate in capacity planning, routing policy decisions, and traffic engineering.
Operations & Incident Management

Coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation for network-related issues.

Develop and enforce operational best practices and SLAs for network services.

Ensure 24/7 operational readiness with clear on-call procedures and escalation paths.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, product, and customer support teams to align technical solutions with client needs.

Serve as a technical liaison for escalated customer transport and LAN issues.
