Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Ohio intervention specialist is needed for a contract position in Delaware, OH, working with elementary and middle school students. This role requires expertise in special education targeting mild to moderate and multiple disabilities within a cross-category caseload.

Ohio Intervention Specialist certification
Experience working with elementary and middle school students
Ability to manage a caseload involving multiple disabilities
Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education regulations

Location:

Elementary school setting in Delaware, Ohio

Responsibilities:

Serve a caseload of 8 students from 1st through 6th grade with mild-moderate and multiple disabilities
Provide specialized instruction and support in a single location for all assigned students
Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to meet student needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation for pliance and progress monitoring

Schedule:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Contract duration covering the school year
Position start date: September 3rd
