Legion Consulting Inc. is hiring a Retail Team Lead to assist in daily operations, coach brand ambassadors, and drive marketing results at retail locations and live events. This position combines sales leadership, customer engagement, and marketing strategy to create measurable success.
Your Responsibilities
- Work with a team of retail sales representatives
- Conduct hands-on coaching to develop team performance
- Monitor sales metrics and ensure campaign quality standards
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new team members
What You’ll Earn
- $700–$1,000 weekly average (base or commission)
- Leadership bonuses, milestone recognition, and paid travel
- Growth into senior management and business development roles
- Training in leadership, marketing analytics, and client relations
