In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to multiple supervisors, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and office support to multiple supervisors, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Create, edit, and manage documents such as spreadsheets, presentations, and word processing files.
• Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy accessibility of records.
• Perform accurate data entry and ensure the integrity of information within organizational systems.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing necessary materials.
• Handle incoming communication, including phone calls and emails, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
• Conduct research and compile information to assist with projects and decision-making.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Assist with receptionist duties on a part-time basis, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities effectively.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when completing assignments.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining filing systems.
• Flexible and adaptable to handle part-time receptionist duties when needed.
