Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years clinical dental hygiene experience.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted dental hygiene license in any U.S. state or territory.
Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (in-person course only).
