Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed/Board Certified Nurse Practitioner - Wound Care to provide in-home care for patients with acute and chronic wounds.
- Provide in-person evaluations and management visits in home, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities, focusing on wound healing and skin disorders.
- Perform necessary debridement and procedures within CMS guidelines.
- Follow infection prevention protocols and accurately document services in EMR for billing purposes.
- Use critical thinking to assess, diagnose, and develop care plans, including prescribing treatments and medications.
- Requirements include a Master’s Degree, Montana RN license, Nurse Practitioner certification, WOCN wound care certification (or within 90 days), at least 3 years of wound care experience, and valid driver’s license.
