This role is tailor-made for individuals seeking experience working with students with Autism within an ethically grounded environment. Full-time, Monday – Friday. This position is anexclusive center based BCBA position available at RCS Learning Center (Natick, MA). This is a rare opportunity to be able to join our Learning Center as a BCBA.
RCS Benefits Include:

- Annual salary, rates are dependent on education, experience, and certification/licensure. Rates start at $70,000/year.

Qualifications:
- work with individuals with Autism
- develop skill acquisition programs
- create function-based behavior support plans
- participate in IEP meetings
- experience working in a clinical or school based setting
- complete both skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
- proficient in staff, teacher and parent trainings
- possesses excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Applied Behavioral Analyst (LABA)
- ideally have at least one year of BCBA experience
- comfortable working with kids ages 6-22 years old
