OBJECTIVE: To represent WSB in a courteous and professional manner. Assisting all customers promptly and with sound judgment and knowledge of all banking products. Utilizes knowledge and experience in exercising discretion and independent judgment in resolving problems and answering questions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Opens all types of new deposit accounts
- Answers all telephone inquiries relating to deposit accounts and account verifications
- Completes address changes, check orders, research requests, ATM/Debit card orders, cancellations and all other card maintenance requests, additions or removals of account holders, set up and reset online banking accounts, stop payments, travelers checks, VISA gift cards, savings bonds, wire transfers, balancing customer check books, ATM/Debit disputes, telephone transfers, AFT’s, sweeps.
- Performs other related duties as required or directed
NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Significant tasks that are performed weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Performs research to obtain copies of checks and statements
- Prepares spreadsheets and checks for lease, security deposits for a customers account
- File legal documents for deposit accounts
- Reviews the account maintenance report
- Order all Deluxe checking account supplies
- Maintains HSA accounts

A major function of the CSR is to answer the incoming telephone calls. Customer questions are answered by looking up the information on the computer system.
Requirements:
Physical Demands: Position requires sedentary to light physical demands. Employee may exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Daily movement includes, but is not limited to holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hand or hands.
