Position Overview

As the Sales Manager , you will play a key role in driving dealership performance by leading a high-energy sales team. You will coach and mentor your team, strengthen sales processes, and uphold the exceptional standards Walt Massey is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed goals

• Implement strategic sales processes that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction

• Partner with F&I, Service, and upper management to ensure a seamless buying experience

• Maintain a customer-first culture throughout the dealership

• Use CRM tools and data analytics to track and improve sales performance

• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales staff

• Create a high-energy, performance-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in automotive sales management

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• In-depth knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and inventory management

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Experience using CRM tools and data to guide decisions
