Requirements:
- 2 or more years in administrative coordination, scheduling, and supporting executive-level leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in supervising clerical staff and evaluating performance.
- Experience with government agency operations and interdepartmental coordination.
- Experience in handling legislative inquiries, complaints, and formal communications.
- Experience with event planning, travel arrangements, and logistics management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for high-level liaison responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to support executive leadership by handling administrative functions.
- Act as primary liaison between the executive office and government agencies or officials.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to clerical staff, including supervision and performance reviews.
- Draft, route, and manage both routine and non-routine correspondence and communications.
- Attend external meetings, legislative functions, and social gatherings as executive representative.
- Prepare materials and logistics for staff meetings, speeches, and public appearances.
- Maintain expense records, arrange travel, and manage supply inventory and office equipment.
