What you bring as the Head Chef:
- Minimum 2 years regional Italian cuisine as Executive Chef / Head Chef
- Management experience in a $4+ million full service upscale restaurant.
- Knowledge of and ability to use inventory systems, controls and analysis.
- Knowledge of and ability to control labor cost, systems and analysis.
- Strong team development and team management skills.
