We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a busy and fast-paced office setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains clean and presentable
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail/delivery management
• Support other departments and staff as needed
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Works well under pressure
