Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Execute preventative maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Install, calibrate, and commission new production lines and machinery.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints for repairs and installations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
Recommended Qualifications
- 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with preventative maintenance (PM) programs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field
Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial robotics or PLCs.
- Certification or experience in advanced diagnostic techniques (e.g., vibration analysis, thermal imaging).
- Welding and fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
