Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Medical Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling medical devices that save lives. You'll work in a state-of-the-art facility, using hand tools and microscopes to ensure precision and quality in every product.
Responsibilities
- Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
- Learn and adapt to potentially difficult processes quickly.
- Cross-train at different stations to enhance skills and versatility.
- Utilize blades, cutters, and microscopes to maneuver small components and parts.
- Work efficiently in a full clean room environment.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or other manufacturing/assembly roles.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Exceptional hand dexterity.
- Ability to understand and use measurements with rulers and calipers.
- Capability to lift 25 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to work overtime.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with catheter assembly.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience in inspection and quality assurance.

Work Environment
The role is within a medical device company, requiring work in a full clean room environment. Employees are expected to wear a hair net, gown, booties, and wash hands before entering the cleanroom. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, pants with holes, and requires closed-toe shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
