Job Description
The College of Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor of Industrial Manufacturing Systems Engineering. This position will support the new Dean’s vision to establish programming focused on optimizing critical and resilient supply chains. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong interest in teaching and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students, and will be expected to participate in service to the University and profession.
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Industrial and Systems Engineering or closely related field.
Candidates for this position will have a strong record of teaching and research excellence, and demonstrate potential for developing robust externally funded research programs.
