You will lead a team of creative professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative campaigns and design solutions that drive brand engagement and customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate possesses a combination of creative, technical, and interpersonal skills.This is a full-time ongoing contract role in which candidates will be expected to be onsite 2-3 times a week in Hoboken, New Jersey, or Los Angeles, CA.
This will be EST hours or possibly PST, and candidates must be okay working both if necessary for some meetings with the team. Responsibilities:Maintain brand consistency across all social media content.Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across various media, including digital, print, in-store signage, and social media.Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and product teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand objectives.Provide art direction, feedback, and guidance to creative team members.Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platforms, tools, and trends to leverage them effectively in campaigns.Build strong client relationships, understand client objectives, and effectively translate them into creative solutions.Take ownership of projects from concept development through execution, handoff, and launch.Network within the industry and stay connected with emerging talent and opportunities.
