As an RN with expertise in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), you’ll work within a 16-bed Level III NICU, gaining exposure to advanced equipment, renowned clinical leadership, and a multidisciplinary team known for collaboration and exceptional care. This travel assignment provides a unique chance to broaden your clinical acumen, enhance your resume, and learn within an environment routinely recognized for safety and innovation.
Schedule:
• Days, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Weekend and call as determined by department needs
Desired Qualifications:
• Active RN license
• BLS (AHA only), NRP required; STABLE, NIHSS preferred
• At least 3+ years of experience in a Level III+ NICU
• Experience with bubble CPAP, high flow, and high-risk deliveries
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Effective team player with initiative and a positive attitude
• Willingness to float to mother/baby and pediatrics as needed
• Black scrubs required
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU
• Respond effectively to high-risk deliveries and advanced neonatal therapies
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient support
• Maintain accurate records using EPIC EMR
• Uphold high standards of safety, compassion, and professionalism
