What Youll Do as General Manager

• Elevate & Inspire: Recruit, coach, and retain top-tier FOH and BOH talent, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality.
• Drive the Numbers: Optimize labor, COGS, and operating expenses to exceed financial goals.
• Champion the Guest Experience: Uphold exacting service standards that keep locals and visitors coming back.
• Refine Operations: Audit and enhance SOPs, safety protocols, and service sequences for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with culinary leadership, beverage directors, and ownership to keep the concept fresh and profitable.

What Were Looking For in our General Manager

• 3+ years as GM in a high-volume, full-service restaurant ($7 M+ preferred).
• Proven success leading established teams and improving performance metrics.
• Strong financial acumenbudgeting, forecasting, KPI management.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive, inclusive culture.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences.
