Mobile Home Community - Property Management/Caretaker Team

Full Job Description

Seeking a two-person team to manage a 256-unit mobile home community with a swimming pool in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This position includes salary and on-site apartment with health/life insurance benefits. Knowledge of the day to day operations of a manufactured housing community needed such as knowledge of water risers, heat tape, pedastals, etc.. Applicants need experience with office management as well as grounds maintenance. Ability to work well with contractors. Pets (dog/cat) allowed.

Office - Responsibilities include screening applicants, taking in new applicants, leases, rent collections, court procedures and maintaining excellent records. Must be able to enforce Rules & Regulations. Problem solver with communication skills required.

Ground Maintenance - Responsibilities include maintaining the common grounds with snow plowing, lawn mowing, weed trimming, and maintaining vacant lots. Position includes maintaining and operating the community swimming pool. Willing to enroll the right candidate to get a pool certification, if necessary.
