Summer Shop Hand - Part Time
We're looking for a motivated and hard-working Summer Shop Hand to support our team during a busy season of fleet transitions and equipment swaps. This is a great opportunity for a student or entry-level worker who wants to gain hands-on experience, show initiative, and be part of a hardworking team. What you will be Doing:
- Assist with fleet transitions as new trucks arrive.
- Help swap upfits and support general fleet maintenance tasks.
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and running efficiently.
- Pitch in with other hands-on tasks as needed.
- Support Fleet and Asset Manager and the shop team in daily operations.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- A self-starter who takes the initiative and stays busy.
- Previous experience in hands-on, physical work is a bonus.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- A valid drivers license is required.
Working Conditions:
- This is a temporary position based in our Midland office with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- Monday-Friday, 4-6 hours per day.
- 20-30 hours per week to start.
