Job Title: REELEX Marketing Manager
Location: Patterson, NY - Onsite 5 days per week

As we expand our reach and deepen our customer relationships, we are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support our sales and service teams with compelling messaging and materials.
Position Overview
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing a wide range of B2B marketing initiatives that enhance our brand, communicate our value, and support sales and business development. You’ll own day-to-day marketing activities while contributing strategically to positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. Key Responsibilities
● Messaging & Positioning: Refine and maintain consistent brand messaging that clearly articulates our value proposition across industries and applications.
● Media Relations & PR: Draft and distribute press releases; build relationships with trade publications, editors, and influencers in the packaging, wire and cable, and manufacturing sectors, as well as key state and local media outlets.
● Website & Content Management: Manage website content updates, product pages, and SEO efforts to support visibility and lead capture.
● Social Media: Plan and manage social media content and campaigns across LinkedIn and other relevant channels. Manage social selling to engage key contacts and work to get them to commit to meetings with the leadership team at REELEX.
● Lead Generation: Drive lead-gen efforts including email marketing, digital campaigns, landing pages, and trade publication ads.
● Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral, brochures, spec sheets, videos, case studies, and PowerPoint decks to support the sales cycle.
● Event & Trade Show Marketing: Plan, coordinate, and promote participation in industry trade shows, conferences, customer-facing events, and speaking opportunities.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, web and social analytics, and lead conversion to inform future efforts and demonstrate ROI.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in all marketing communications.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
● MBA Preferred, especially 4+1 candidates encouraged
● 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably an industrial/manufacturing environment.
● Strong writing and editing skills, especially for press releases, technical content, and customer-facing messaging.
● Familiarity with media relations, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite). Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
● A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a hands-on attitude.
● Trade show and event planning experience is a plus.
● Graphic design or video editing experience is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
