Base hourly starts at $18 hour during the training period for unlicensed applicants. Hourly rates increases to $25 per hour after being licensed in Property & Casualty. Hourly rate increases to $30 per hour after being licensed in Life & Health. We will cover materials, and classes to become a fully licensed agent. Dental, Health and Retirement Benefits after probation period.

Pay is based on Insurance Certifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Support: Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance coverage options and explain policy details.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
• Follow-Up: Communicate with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is required
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
