We are seeking a reliable and proactive team member to support our client's inventory, parts, sales, and service operations. This hands-on role plays a vital part in ensuring the quipment lot remains organized, presentable, and ready for customer interaction. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable with a variety of on-site tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Preparation & Maintenance
- Assist in preparing and maintaining equipment inventory for sales.
- Ensure all equipment on display is clean, operational, and properly staged.
- Departmental Support
- Provide support across parts, sales, and service departments as needed.
- Aid service technicians with light mechanical tasks; basic mechanical knowledge preferred.
- Lot Appearance & Organization
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the equipment yard.
- Monitor the lot’s overall appearance and take initiative to address issues proactively.
- Traffic & Transportation Assistance
- Operate a pilot truck to help manage traffic during the transport of equipment.
- Escort hauling vehicles to various locations across the state as directed.
- General Duties
- Perform various hands-on tasks around the facility as assigned.
- Serve as a flexible resource to support a variety of day-to-day operational needs.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate and maneuver vehicles and equipment safely.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
