Job Description

Job DescriptionBuild More Than Just Structures—Build Your Legacy. Are you a Project Manager who is tired of being just another number at a massive firm? Or maybe you're stuck at a smaller company with no room to grow? We are partnering with a leading General Contractor in the Inland Empire that values autonomy, stability, and high-profile projects. We are looking for a leader who is ready to take ownership of projects from dirt to doorknob.

About the Role
As our new Construction Project Manager, you will be the captain of the ship. You won't just track spreadsheets; you will drive the schedule, manage the budget, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results. Whether it's ground-up commercial, industrial tilt-up, or high-end TI, you will have the support you need to succeed and the freedom to lead.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Total Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects (valued $5M - $25M+) from pre-construction to closeout.

Financial Command: Control project budgets, negotiate buyouts, and manage change orders to ensure maximum profitability without sacrificing quality.

Team Leadership: Lead site superintendents and subcontractors, fostering a culture of safety (OSHA compliance) and accountability.

Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and engineers—turning difficult conversations into solutions.

Schedule Management: Create and maintain critical path schedules (using Microsoft Project or Procore) to ensure on-time delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial or Industrial construction.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with PM software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) and a solid understanding of estimating/budgeting.

Communication: You can read a blueprint as well as you can read a room. You know how to talk to owners and field crews alike.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus (but experience speaks louder).

Why You’ll Love Working Here:
Competitive Salary & Lucrative Bonus Structure (Project-based bonuses).

Company Vehicle or Allowance + Gas Card.

Full Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k match.

Clear Career Path: We promote from within—your next step is Senior PM or Project Executive.

No Micromanagement: We hire smart people and get out of their way.

Ready to build your future? Apply today.
