Summary
Provides exceptional customer support to agents and team of marketers. Serves as the liaison between the agents and Agent Pipeline, not only addressing issues as they arise but also providing 
proactive services including anticipating issues before they arise and offering solutions to potential roadblocks they may encounter. Account Directors should be forward thinking, empathetic, and possess excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

•  Working with various individuals within the company provide outstanding support to independent 
agents and our internal employees
•  Completing day-to-day activities including following up on tasks and emails; inbound and outbound call goals; and providing accurate information to agents and marketers
•  Working with the Agent Services Division Leadership on improving processes
•  Serving as a dependable employee exemplifying stellar customer support, solid attendance and 
professionalism
•  Maintain transparent communication. Appropriately communicate information to agents, team 
members and members of management via email, phone calls and face-to-face interaction as appropriate

or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized 
situations.


Computer Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Excel 
Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
