Responsibilities:
Greeting clients
Answering phones, scheduling appointments and maintaining attorney calendar
Establishing and maintaining client file/scanning and filing documents
Maintaining good client relationships and interacting with clients on a regular basis
Formatting and proofreading documents prior to signature
Responsible for follow up communications with clients after initial consultation
Generate monthly invoices for any outstanding attorney time
Candidate should be organized, detail oriented and capable of working independently. Able to prioritize projects and track deadlines. Would have excellent verbal and communication skills in dealing with clients and third parties in person, in writing and over the telephone. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe and Outlook. Legal background and experience with Colorado E-Filing Systems would be helpful but not required. Notary certification useful.
