Title: Injection LPN
Position Summary: We're seeking a compassionate, efficient LPN with strong time management skills and experience in administering a wide range of injections, including vaccines, hormone therapies, allergy treatments, and antipsychotics. In this fast-paced clinic setting with 15-minute appointments, you'll play a key role in patient care by performing injections, blood pressure checks, and assisting with rooming when needed. Day to Day:

Administer a wide range of injections including COVID-19, influenza, allergy, testosterone, B12, antipsychotics, and routine pediatric and adult vaccinations.

Perform blood pressure checks as needed.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment with patient appointments scheduled every 15 minutes.

Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills to maintain smooth patient flow.

Collaborate with clinical staff and assist with patient rooming when the injection schedule allows.

Ensure accurate documentation of all administered medications and monitor patients for any immediate post-injection reactions.

Follow established protocols and maintain compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- OR LPN in the state of MN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or Red Cross
