BDF Law Group is hiring an entry level hybrid Collections Attorney in Addison, Texas. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate or early-career attorney interested in developing expertise in collections.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of collection cases from demand through judgment and enforcement.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Advise clients on recovery options and compliance with state and federal collection laws.
- Collaborate with paralegals, collectors, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case handling.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Active Texas bar license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Interest in civil litigation and creditors’ rights law.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with FDCPA and related consumer protection statutes.
- Some familiarity with collections.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
